I painted this smiling lamb faithfully from the reference. The lamb is smiling in the photo, too. When I posted it on Instagram after finishing the work, I asked for name ideas. To my astonishment, I got 63 unique suggestions, nearly all with a theme of peace, love, and precious friendship. Of all the paintings I've made over the years, this one moved people the most.
